It's a N0 to open the file because the file would definitely contain virus or inappropriate conents.The reason is the sentences,"To date, A/H1N1 flu has killed 337 people in 121 nations and regions and the number of the total infected exceeded 80,000.." and "There are already 1003 cases in Singapore, a country known for its stringent health measures."These sentences obviously not realiable.Singapore hasn't hit such number yet and we are positive that the number of deaths worldwide ins't what the email stated.

The pictures will make people to start thinking of dirty things that is related to the contents of what the pictures show and when this keeps on happening,the pictures will forever be in the minds of those and it will be harsh and extremely difficult to removed the picture from the minds.
